Beginning Guitar for Adults (Ages 18+) Saturdays 11:00 - 12:00PM  $155 for the spring term. Meets Feb. 8 - Apr. 25

Have you ever thought "I'm too old to learn a new instrument!"?  Well guess what:  You're WRONG!  This class is designed for adults who have always wanted to learn how to play the guitar!  We will start from the ground up and by the end of the term, you'll be strumming the chords and picking the melodies (and maybe even singing along too!) to some of your favorite songs.   Guitars are provided and no experience is required!

 

Beginning Ukulele (Ages 12+) Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:00PM  $290 for the spring term (Price includes a brand-new ukulele!) Bring your own ukulele and your tuition is $155 Meets Feb. 11 - Apr. 28

Instructor: Mandi Ferro

Get strumming with one of the hottest and most popular instruments around - the UKULELE!  This class is designed for total beginners, and will focus on instrumental technique, improvisation, melodic playing, basic music theory, and chords!  You'll be strumming and singing along to your favorite songs in no time! Ukuleles are included in the cost of this course and no experience is required!

 

The Joy of Songwriting (Ages 14+)  Thursdays 6:30 - 8:00pm.  $250 for the spring term. Meets Feb. 6 - April 30.

Have you ever dreamt of having your original song performed by your favorite artist?  Or maybe you’ve imagined performing your own song in front of thousands of adoring fans?  This class will equip you with the knowledge and the tools to turn this dream into a reality. Each week, in an active performance-based environment. you’ll learn how rhythm, harmony, melody, form, and lyric writing make a great song.  This class culminates with an end-of-term performance where students will have the opportunity to showcase their original material. Basic understanding of music theory required.

 

Tiny Grooves (Ages 18 mos - 4 years) Saturdays 3:00 - 3:45PM  $60 for the spring term. Meets Feb. 8 - Mar. 14

Tiny Grooves is an early childhood music education program that teaches the foundations of music through play. Each week, the little ones will be free to explore the big, wide world of music with Mandi, a former student at Mullins Music and a toddler mom herself.
